Border Stamps and Washi Tape-What a fun Combo

Hello Everyone!
Today, I would like to share a project I made by combining Lost Coast Designs Border stamps with Washi Tape. This is a super fun combination and I made three projects using this combo.  The first project uses the Star Border stamp with brightly colored Washi tape, ink, and cardstock.

For more pics, materials list, and instructions, pop over to my blog  Dreaming and Creating.
I will be sharing the other two projects though out the month.  Hope you are having a great day!

Soar

Hi everyone! Leslie here, sharing an inspirational card I created using the Lost Coast Designs Crane with Flowers and Fibres Background stamps. I just love both of these stamps - the detail is amazing! I mounted the crane onto a clear-embossed background, used some fun baker's twine and a few mini Scrabble letters.

Color Block Faces Note Cards

Good morning everyone, and Happy Monday! Leslie here, sharing a simple set of note cards I created with the very cool technique of stamping with an acrylic block dabbed with distress ink (four different colors) and spritzed with water. I then stamped each one of the Lost Coast Designs Faces stamps - Face with Clock, Face with Spiral, Face with Feathers, and Face with Heart - in Memento Tuxedo Black on the color blocks. I learned recently that the trick to stamping with an acrylic block is to do it on photo paper. Love the results!

Best Wishes

Hi everyone! Leslie here, back to share another project for this month's Lost Coast Designs Blue and Green challenge. I used Lost Coast Designs Corner Swirl and Cheesecoth Background stamps, and a sentiment from Lost Coast Designs Party Words stamp set. I applied all the inks using the DTP technique, and used just a touch of gold to spice things up a bit. :)

Happy 4th of July!

Hello Dear Lost Coaster Friends:

HERE Bibiana ...wishing you a...

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

With this Stamp background  from "Lost Coast Designs", I decided to celebrated this 4th of July!!!

This stamp is a collage background of various "Americana" icons, quite large and I only stamp part of it (the bottom part) to fit it in a regular A2 card..
but the whole stamp has:
1- The Statue of the Liberty, from New York given by the government of France to the USA (top left corner),
2- in the center we have the bottom part of the Document of the Declaration of the Independence, 1776 (with the John Hanckok signature among others)
3- and  on the top right corner we have an "americana" lady dressed with the flag,
4- and last,  on the bottom we have "Mount Rushmore", in South Dakota...

Mount Rushmore: is a sculpture carved into the mountain, into the granite, and it depicts the heads of 4 United States presidents: George Washington; Thomas Jefferson; Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.

So for those fans out there of real "Americana" = (collection of artifacts related to the history, geography, folklore and cultural heritage of the US)  this stamp is great!!!

Thanks for the visit
and see you soon
with another project using the  great stamps from LCD

It's The Witching Hour

Hi everyone! Leslie here, sharing a couple Halloween note cards that I created with the very cool Lost Coast Designs Silhouette Witch stamp. I also pulled out a stencil, some spray inks, purple and orange cardstock, and some orange and yellow striped ribbon. I had some inky fingers but I love how they turned out!
